We are conducting a recruitment process for an Application Management Intern to join a leading organization, offering the opportunity to support the management and evolution of business-critical applications.
In this role, you will gain exposure to different business processes, understand users’ needs and collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement solutions, acting as a bridge between the business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and evolution of business-support applications;
- Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements;
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements and new functionalities;
- Act as a link between business needs and technical teams;
- Support the analysis and resolution of application-related incidents and issues;
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, requirements and solutions;
- Support application testing and validation of changes.
What We Are Looking For
- University degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field;
- Interest in the relationship between business, processes and technology;
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders;
- Organized, responsible and eager to learn;
- Good command of English.
