We are looking for an experienced On-site Senior Property Manager to join one of the leading and most recognised companies in the real estate and property management sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a high-profile property, ensuring high standards of service, operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, service providers and other stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of property performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the assigned property.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance, technical services, security, cleaning and other property-related activities.
- Manage and monitor external service providers, contracts and service levels.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts and operating costs.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the response to operational incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Support property improvement projects, refurbishments and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in Property or Facilities Management.
- Experience managing clients, tenants, suppliers and service providers.
- Knowledge of property operations, maintenance and contract management.
- Experience with budgets and cost control.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, autonomous and service-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
